It is common fact that when you are connected to the internet, there’s possibility of harming your PC. That is the reason why anti-virus software and anti-spyware products are created. Now, getting viruses into your PC is not a matter of choice therefore you should take precaution whenever you are online surfing for that information you want.
Many of us are not new to MS Windows. In fact most of us are probably reading this article on a MS Windows platform. I’m writing this article on one now. Pretty boring isn’t it? Few years back, Winamp (Windows Media Player equivalent) skins were already very popular. I believe the same could be done to the operating system. With deliberate searching, I came across WindowBlinds – a simple to use software that allows us to customize almost every single component on the Windows XP display.
Previously we mentioned about Microsoft Windows My Documents folder, its characteristics and how some of us would have scrutinized it – dumping en masse pictures, music files and videos into it.
I have to mention that a typical Microsoft Windows operating systems (OS) installation creates only one drive (you guessed it – the C: drive). Which probably means this drive contains the entire physical hard drive space its worth (we’ll touch on this aspect next time).
